The system of certification of freight services

The development of modern freight traffic activities significantly depends on the issue of certification of the available freight services, which is aimed to secure transport vehicles. The article pays great attention to the description of the evaluation (standardization) of the specialists (executives) that secure the exploitation of transport vehicles. It also considers the regulations compliance of the services, in particular compliance with the legislative acts of Russian Federation, service regulations, which are approved by Russian Federation Government regulations and by state standards that determine service requirements.
